Tibaldi Christmas Shop Information

ALERT: 2022 Xmas online orders have now closed.

Shipping

This year we will only be delivering to Metro Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 but free for orders over $100. If you live outside of our shipping zone, you might consider our Pick-up option.

Delivery orders closed on December 5th.

Our customer service team will be in touch after your order is placed to confirm your preferred delivery date. On the day of your delivery, you will receive a text message from our driver confirming an ETA for delivery. Unfortunately if you are not home, we will be unable to deliver your ham due to refrigeration and it will be returned to our Clayton pop up shop for your collection.

Local pickup

You can select "local pickup" during checkout this year and come by to collect your order when it is ready!

On your selected pick up date, please collect your order from the below address. Look out for the Tibaldi XMAS Shop signs as you arrive. There is a signposted car park on the left hand side, please park here and head into our XMAS shop, advising our shop assistants of your order collection.

Payment

To ensure we can give you everything you’d like, the way you like, orders are prepared on request.

As such, while we will do our best to get as close to your requested weight, there is always slight variation. Because pricing is based on weight, we will select your products and give you a call early December to complete payment. Local pick-up orders can be paid for at the time of pick-up.
