This year we will be delivering to not only Metro Melbourne ($9.99 and free for orders above $100) but Regional Victoria too ($19.99 flat rate).

Our customer service team will be in touch after your order is placed to confirm your preferred delivery date. On the day of your delivery, you will receive a text message from our courier service confirming a 3 hour window for delivery, if you are not home they will leave the parcel and sent you a text with a photo for proof of delivery.

Payment

To ensure we can give you everything you’d like, the way you like, orders are prepared on request.

As such, while we will do our best to get as close to your requested weight, there is always slight variation. Because pricing is based on weight, we will select your ham and give you a call early December to complete payment.

Once your order is prepared, our courier service will give you a text on the day confirming a 3-hour delivery window. If you are not home, they will leave the parcel outside and send you a text with a photo for proof of delivery.
